Go to Nutrition > Planning & Cooking > Calorie Calculator.
Load up the Calorie Calculator and fill in your Age,
Current Weight,
Target Weight,
Height, Gender,
Status and confirm your Goal.
Then select your Activity level. You need to choose the number of workouts you are going to do each week. Then click “Calculate Calories”
NB: You do have the option to link an Apple Watch or Fitbit to the Calculator. This means when you do your workouts, they will send the information to your meal journal. This does mean that your daily Calorie allowance will change once you have done your workout. If you would prefer to do it this way, click the “advanced settings” button and link your watch.
You will now have your Calorie target and can select “Go to Meal Journal” to review your details.
