How Do I Use The Calorie Calculator?

Go to Nutrition > Planning & Cooking > Calorie Calculator.

Firstly, enter your details into the calculator.

On the option where you have to select whether you want to 'Track Your Exercise'

If you select 'YES' - this means RWL will use an equation and the data from your fitness watch or manually added workouts from your Daily Planner, to estimate an approximate calorie burn per day.

If you select 'NO' - this means RWL will use an equation to generate an approximate calorie burn per day and then based off the activity level you select, your total calorie burn will be esitimated. 

We won’t use the data from your fitness watch or manually added workouts to workout out your caloire burn per day as your chosen activity level is already accounted into your daily allowance.
