- Log into your account https://app.rwl.fitness/login
- Go to your account settings (settings icon top right corner of Dashboard)
- Click 'Cancel My Subscription'
If you have signed up via the APP and are billed by Google Play Store, please follow these instructions:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap Menu > Subscriptions
- Go to RWL and tap 'Cancel Subscription'
If you have signed up via the APP and are billed by Apple, please follow these instructions:
- Open the Apple App Store
- Tap your profile (top right corner)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Go to RWL and tap 'Cancel Subscription'
If you do not have a subscription showing in your App Store, please follow the instructions to cancel via the website - https://app.rwl.fitness/login
If you do not cancel before your next billing date, you will be charged which is non-refundable as per the terms agreed to at the time of downloading and creating an account for the app. Your action to unsubscribe will therefore take effect from the end of the period you have paid for.
We do not offer any refunds for memberships not cancelled before the renewal date.
