How Do I Add Food Into My Daily Planner?

You can add RWL recipes, your own meals you create or indivdual items into your Daily Planner to track your calorie in take.

To add an RWL recipe into your planner, click the search bar at the top of the planner. Choose from RWL Meals and search for the recipe/choose from your favourited recipes.

Enter the serving size & select the meal type you want to add this to.

 

 

Add your own meals into the planner by selecting the 'My Meals' option from the search bar.

Select the meal type you want to add this meal to.

Enter all the ingredients for the meal (full recipe ingredients) then you can save this into your planner.

 

 

Add individual ingredients into the planner by selecting the 'Items' option from the search bar.

 

If an item cannot be found, you can add this into the database by clicking the '+' icon from the search bar options.
