Yes we do!
We have a Pre Natal programme which is suitable for all trimesters. We would recommend that you have the go ahead from your doctor to exercise before starting these workouts.
We also have Post Natal programme which we recommend that you wait until you are 12 weeks post pregnancy or have been signed off by your doctor to exercise before starting this programme.
