By purchasing and starting your membership, you agreed that we may begin providing the digital service immediately. This means you expressly requested access to the app, including workouts, programmes, and content, before the end of the 14-day cooling-off period. By doing so, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel within this period once the service has been fully accessed or used. Where applicable, if you choose to cancel within the 14 days after accessing the service, a proportionate charge may be applied for the period of use, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
