Money-Back Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
 1.⁠ ⁠Overview

We are confident in the quality of the RWL programme. This Money-Back Guarantee is designed to reward genuine participation and engagement. It is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

This guarantee applies exclusively to members who have purchased either:

A 3-month (quarterly) subscription, or

A 12-month (annual) subscription

The guarantee does not apply to monthly subscriptions and may only be used once per customer.

 3.⁠ ⁠Participation Requirements

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, members must demonstrate consistent and genuine participation during the first 3 months of their subscription.

This includes the following targets:

App Engagement

Log in to the RWL app an average of at least 4 times per week over the 3-month period.

Engagement is tracked via your Profile ID and internal analytics.

Workout Completion

Complete an average of 3 workouts per week (36 workouts total) using the RWL app.

A workout is considered complete when finished in full within the app.

Nutrition Tracking

Maintain a daily calorie intake log for the 3-month period.

Demonstrate an overall weekly calorie deficit, based on your estimated BMR and activity level.

Logs may be tracked using the RWL food planner or reputable third-party tools (e.g. MyFitnessPal, Nutracheck).

Weight Tracking

Your starting weight will be recorded during onboarding.

To complete a refund application, you must submit a timestamped photo of your final weigh-in, with scales visible and date/time stored in the image metadata.

Note: Minor deviations that do not materially affect overall participation or outcomes will not automatically invalidate a refund claim.

 4.⁠ ⁠Guarantee Outcome

If you have met the participation requirements above but have not experienced a minimum weight loss of 7 pounds over the 3-month period, you may apply for a full refund of your subscription fee.

Important:
Results vary between individuals and weight loss cannot be guaranteed. This guarantee is based on verified participation, not individual biology.

 5.⁠ ⁠Medical & Health Considerations

Before starting any exercise or calorie-controlled programme, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

If a medically verified condition or circumstance prevents you from completing the programme, your eligibility will be assessed fairly on a case-by-case basis. RWL does not exclude members from consideration solely due to health-related factors.

 6.⁠ ⁠How to Apply

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of completing the 3-month participation period.

Include:

Your calorie tracking log (3 months)

Your starting and ending weight evidence

Confirmation of your app usage (verified internally)

 7.⁠ ⁠Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

You must have no outstanding payment issues at the time of application.

 8.⁠ ⁠Disputes & Review

If there is a dispute regarding eligibility or documentation, your application will be reviewed by a senior team member.
We may contact you by email or phone for clarification. All disputes will be addressed within 14 days of being raised.

 9.⁠ ⁠Data Protection & Privacy

Any personal or health-related data submitted as part of this guarantee will be:

Used solely for verification purposes

Processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR

Securely deleted within a reasonable period after the claim is resolved

10.⁠ ⁠Statutory Rights
